Last Updated: September 28, 2025

KadaiS ("we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Adadaa Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application KadaiS (the "App"). The App serves as a business directory where users can share, search, and view business details. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the App. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the App after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the App or make payments, including any in-app virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

1.Collection of Your Information

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

Personal Data
  • Account Information: If you choose to create an account, we collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any other details you submit during registration or profile creation. An account is required to edit existing business details, even if you originally shared them.
  • Business Ownership Verification: If you are a business owner seeking to take ownership of business details listed in the App, we may collect additional verification information, such as proof of ownership, contact details, and identification documents.
Business Information
  • Information about businesses that you or other users share, including but not limited to business name, phone number, email address, physical address, offers, discounts, "about us" descriptions, business category, and other related details. This information is user-generated and may be shared without an account. Note that users who share business details do not own them in the App; actual business owners may contact us to claim ownership after verification and may request removal.
Location Data
  • We collect your approximate or precise location data (e.g., via GPS, IP address, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth) when you use location-based features, such as searching for businesses "near me." This can occur even without an account, but you can control location sharing through your device settings.
Usage Data
  • Information automatically collected when you use the App, such as your device's IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, pages viewed, and device identifiers. This helps us understand how the App is used and improve its functionality.
Mobile Device Data
  • Device information such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the App from a mobile device.

2.Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Allow you to share, edit (with account), and view business details.
  • Provide location-based search results, showing nearby businesses based on your current location, and enable navigation to those businesses.
  • Verify business ownership claims and process requests for removal or updates.
  • Improve the App, including analyzing usage patterns and troubleshooting issues.
  • Prevent fraudulent activity, spam, or abuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significant impacts on you.

  • Business Transfers:If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
  • Third-Party Service Providers:We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing (if applicable), data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing efforts. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the App, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the App over time. This information may be used to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, and better understand online activity.
  • Affiliates:We may share your information with our affiliates, in which case we will require those affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy. Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us.

7. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online.
